I would recommend any one with a special four legged friend to take them to K9 Groom Room. My dog T'naiya a Japanese Sheba Inu has a very thick undercoat which needs alot of brushing not just twice a year but all year round and of course what comes with lots of brushing a dry coat and dandruff. After speaking to Hazel on T'naiya first visit to explain her dry coat Hazel had the answer natural products. T'naiya has been visiting K9 Groom Room for more than 18months now and no more DANDRUFF. When i return to pick T'naiya up she not only looks gorgeous feels gorgeous she smells gorgeous too. I feel very confident when i leave T'naiya because Hazel is an all-round animal lover and a natural with dogs.

I can't recommend K9 Groom Room enough- I have a large German shepherd who is a hard task to bath and groom, and Hazel at Groom Room handles her wonderfully, sending her home smelling incredible and professionally groomed and clipped. For great value and excellent doggie care, I'd recommend K9 Groom Room every time!

I have been using K9 groom room for my three Jack Russell’s since it first opened and always been impressed by the standard of service. My dogs are always calm and not at all distressed after their visits and even seem to enjoy it! I would thoroughly recommend this service and find the rates reasonable and the staff friendly and courteous.

I have been using K9 Groom Room since it opened. The service is very professional and of high quality. My cocker spaniel loves going there and getting pampered. It is clear the owner is an animal lover and comes across in a friendly and very knowledgeable manner. They also provide a home from home when we go on holiday and i can relax safe in the knowledge that my beloved Henry is much loved and cared for. You won't find a better service anywhere else.

Unfortunately, after 4 years of being social with other dogs and enjoying their company, our dog Rocky suddenly became aggressive with most dogs he came across!  His quality of life was reduced as we tended to lead walk him only and we became anxious owners as everyone saw him as an aggressive dog when we knew he wasn’t!!  After a year and a half and a new baby we needed help.  K9 Groom Room were able to introduce Rocky into their already established pack of dogs and turn him back into a happy and confident dog.  They taught Rocky that he didn’t have to be scared of other dogs and that he could actually have some fun.  My husband and I can’t thank K9 Groom Room enough for their hard work, love and dedication towards rocky.
